Appointments
We have updated our booking process to make scheduling clearer, more accurate, and easier to manage for both farms and our processing team.
Instead of a fully automated selector, appointments are now requested through one of three simple methods, all using the same required information.
How to Request an Appointment
You may request an appointment in one of the following ways:
- Email us at steadfastpps@gmail.com with the required information listed below
- Call us at (860) 302-7847 with the same information ready
- Submit the simple request form at the bottom of this booking page
All three options feed into the same scheduling system.
Information Required to Request an Appointment
Please be prepared to provide all of the following:
Contact Information
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Billing Address

Farm or Company Name
- If you do not have a business name, use “Homestead – Last Name”
Appointment Type
- Slaughter and Cut Appointment
- Further Processing Only – No Slaughter (Cut, Deboning, Ground)
- Further Processing Only – Sausage
- Stock or Broth Appointment
Species
- Chicken
- Turkey
- Duck
Processing Style
- All Whole Birds
- All Cut Birds
- Split Flock

Requests missing required information may delay scheduling.
Cut Sheets and Packaging Selection
After submitting your request, please download the appropriate cut sheet for your appointment:
- Species-specific cut sheets
- Sausage cut sheets
- Cut sheets include giblet harvest options and packaging information
Cut sheets are due no later than 31 days before your scheduled slaughter date.
What Happens After You Submit
- Appointment requests are reviewed in the order they are received
- We respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Once details are confirmed, we create a sales order
- The sales order is sent to you for deposit payment
- Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received
Submitting a request does not guarantee a slot until deposits are received, confirming an appointment.
