The Founding Chef & Culinary Lead helps launch and lead Steadfast HARVEST, our USDA-inspected mobile food and education platform. This hands-on role combines cooking, menu development, food safety, and operational leadership to bring farm-to-plate food directly to the public through markets, events, and retail prepared foods development.
Working closely with ownership, this role plays a key part in building a new revenue stream, developing ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products, and representing Steadfast Farms’ mission of ethical, regenerative food systems. Ideal for a chef who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up and grow with the program as it scales.
