At Steadfast Farms, good food starts long before it hits the plate. It starts with care, consistency, stewardship, and pride in every flock.
HARVEST was built to give people a direct taste of that work. Our food trailer features Steadfast poultry in approachable, flavorful menu items made for markets, festivals, private events, farm gatherings, and community celebrations.
What We Serve
Our menu is built around the poultry we raise and process in Connecticut’s only USDA-inspected poultry slaughter and processing facility, including chicken, quail, turkey, and farm-made value-added products.
